Participants will develop shared vocabulary, explore strategic techniques for collective success, and experiment with tools that honor autonomous decision-making and shared organizational goals. Clergy, executive directors, directors of education, and board members are invited to join early childhood directors for this collaborative session to better serve families in your community.
