Leadership Opportunities
Borinsky Young Leadership Development Program
The Arthur Borinsky Young Leadership Development Program is more than a leadership course — it’s an experience. Over a series of engaging evening sessions, you’ll connect with driven peers, build lasting friendships, and see firsthand how Federation is strengthening Jewish life in our community, in Israel, and across the globe.
No two participants join for the same reason. Some come to learn. Some come to lead. Some come to find their place. Every participant leaves changed — with new perspectives, deeper connections, and a stronger understanding of the impact they can make.
NextGen Leadership Team
The NextGen Leadership Team was established in 2022 to lead the next generation of Jewish life in the MetroWest community. Team members play a vital role in advancing Federation’s mission while developing as emerging leaders and collaborating with dedicated peers to make a lasting impact in our community.
National Young Leadership Cabinet
The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), National Young Leadership Cabinet (“Cabinet”) founded in 1963, is the premier leadership and philanthropic development program for the North American Jewish Community. Cabinet trains, networks, and inspires the most prominent young Jewish volunteers.
Building friendships for a lifetime.
Greater MetroWest is a great place to chart your Jewish journey in a way that feels right to you. Federation helps you find your place and your purpose no matter your perspective.
