CARES is the department of Federation that focuses on serving our community's older adults.
By gathering information about needs and trends, CARES informs how Federation considers priorities for older adults and allocates dollars. CARES creates a network connecting 11 local partners that provide direct services to seniors to enhance their collaborative service offerings.
Together, CARES member partners provide a continuum of care to help older community members handle physical issues, mental health and spiritual concerns. They also provide social and vocational opportunities as well as housing and transportation.
