Last Thursday, December 1, more than 300 women joined Federation at the 2nd annual ShopBack at the Crestmont Country Club in West Orange to shop and give back.
Together, we raised more than $20,000 for the 2023 UJA Annual Campaign and collected more than 250 toys to be donated through our partner agencies.
Thank you to all the chairs, committee members, vendors, and members of our community who made it possible. And a special thanks to activist and social entrepreneur Erin Schrode who joined some of our most generous donors for a special breakfast prior before the event. Erin is a leading voice in progressive spaces on Israel, Jewish pride, and is actively fighting a barrage of Jewish hate online. We walked away feeling inspired and ready to continue our important work to combat antisemitism.
Throughout the day, women across Greater MetroWest were able to get holiday shopping in, support local businesses, and give back to the community — all at the same time.
If you weren’t able to make it and want to contribute to the Give Back opportunities, there’s still time to make an impact by donating now!
