Montana Tucker: From the GRAMMY Awards to Greater MetroWest

“I never really planned to become an ‘activist.’ For years, I used my platform to create joy—through music, dance, fun moments meant to bring people together. But when I started talking about being Jewish and standing up for Israel, everything changed. The hate comments started flooding in. People told me, ‘Stay out of politics,’ or even worse, ‘You don’t belong here.’ I was called every slur in the book, threatened, even told I deserved to die. At first, I was shocked, then devastated. But soon, I was fueled by a deeper purpose: to use my voice to stand for truth, for justice, and for those who can’t speak out.”

-Montana Tucker

If you watched the GRAMMY Awards this year, you may have noticed something unforgettable. Award-winning singer, songwriter, and advocate Montana Tucker made a daring statement by wearing a massive yellow ribbon covering her dress in support of Israel and the hostages. It was a moment that had everyone buzzing—with incredible support or downright outrage, and it’s just one small piece of Tucker’s ongoing fight against antisemitism and hate.

Now, Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest is excited and honored to welcome her for After Hours with Montana Tucker

Known not only for her music and acting but also for her massive social media influence—nearly 14 million followers strong—Tucker is a powerful voice advocating for Jewish life. Whether on stage or online, she stands up against hate with a message of Jewish pride and resilience.

Event Highlights

After Hours with Montana Tucker is set to follow Federation’s annual ShopBack—featuring top vendors from NY and NJ in support of the UJA Annual Campaign.

If you’ve been looking for an event that will actually get your teen excited—this is it. Tucker naturally connects with a young audience, who are grappling with staying true to who they are amidst rising antisemitism. She understands the online world they live in and the challenges they face, and she’s using her voice to show them how to turn adversity into strength.

Since the tragic events of October 7, Tucker has spent time on the ground in Israel, visiting the site of the Nova music festival and interviewing survivors of the attacks, especially children. Her latest project, The Children of October 7, is a documentary that will bring the world’s attention to the youngest of survivors, who are facing unimaginable loss. Tucker is also well known for How to: Never Forget, a powerful TikTok docu-series making her family’s story of survival during the Holocaust accessible and relevant to younger audiences online. Watch it here.

After Hours with Montana Tucker is open to all adults, parents, and teens (13+).  We hope you’ll join us for this chance to connect, feel empowered, and hear from one of the strongest advocates for Israel and Jewish people today.
