Date: Monday, March 18
Time: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm (EDT)

GETTING GOOD AT GETTING OLDER is a rich compendium of advice and resources for the next stage of life. It explores how to gain wisdom, get along, get better, get ready, give back, and give away and teaches how to rekindle the flame, acquire a
friend, get along with adult children, take care of our emotional selves, give strategically to make real change, talk about life and death, leave a legacy, and have the last word in funeral planning.

Rabbi Laura Geller is the Rabbi Emerita of Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills and was twice named one of Newsweek’s 50 Most Influential Rabbis in America. For 14 years, she served as USC’s Director of Hillel and for 4 years, was the Pacific Southwest Region’s Executive Director of the American Jewish Congress. Featured in the PBS documentary “Jewish Americans,” and the author of numerous articles in books and journals, Rabbi Geller was on the editorial board of The Torah: A Women’s Commentary and serves on the boards of Co-Generate, the Jewish Women’s Archive, and B3: the Jewish Boomer Project.
