Are you looking for skilled, enthusiastic, and dedicated employees? We know you are! Join Federation’s Greater MetroWest ABLE, Business & Professionals Network (BPN), and other industry leaders to learn how to enhance your workforce with an underutilized part of our community. You’ll learn how to create inclusive work environments that benefit all employees.

9-10 a.m.: Program

Hear from local business professionals representing companies, large and small, who have tapped into an amazing resource to meet and enrich their workforce needs: the disability community. Learn how to access this valuable resource from self-advocates and vocational experts from our Federation partner agencies at JESPY and Jewish Vocational Service (JVS).

You will also hear about:
• The unique benefits of an inclusive work environment
• Hiring and coaching resources available for you and your team
• How to get started in building an inclusive workforce
