Furry, feathered, or scaly: all are welcome! Bring your pets to Temple Sholom for a Blessing of the Animals and Havdalah service led by Rabbi Emily Losben-Ostrov. Celebrate the animals who make our lives better, then stay for the beautiful Havdalah ceremony to close out Shabbat with song, light and community. Saturday, Oct. 17 at 5:30 p.m. Temple Sholom, 1925 Lake Avenue, Scotch Plains. Dogs on leashes, small pets in carriers, please! Free and open to the public, but RSVP so we know how many tails to expect!
