As a condition of registering and using the GMW Alert System, the user organization for itself and on behalf of all of its members, employees, trustees, officers, agents, representatives and other invitees agrees that in no event shall the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ or any of its trustees, officers, members, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any liability, loss, injury or risk (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages) which is incurred or suffered as a direct or indirect result of the use of the GMW Alert System or any material, advice, or guidance provided through the GMW Alert System, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ or any of its trustees, officers, members, employees, agents or other representatives is advised of the possibility of such damages.
