Hebrew and Judaic Teachers

Temple B’nai Or, a thriving and growing Reform synagogue in Morristown, NJ, is seeking experienced Judaic and Hebrew teachers for our Pre-K-7 If you are a creative and engaging teacher, we want to hear from you for the 2026-27 school year.

We seek teachers who would love to create lasting relationships with our families and work with our experienced and dedicated Director of Education, clergy, and teachers, in their passionate mission to make Jewish life and learning meaningful, engaging, and fun for all our families.

Our Pre-K-7th grade students meet Sunday morning.  Grades 3-6 also meet Thursday afternoon.

Skills Required

Knowledge of Hebrew and Judaic.
Experience in teaching in an afternoon school.

Required Qualifications 

3 years of teaching experience.

Salary $65-$75 an hour
