March’s Parent Academy, “Parenting…It’s all about balance!”, will be taking place at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at JFS’s Livingston Office, 570 W. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Suite 106, Livingston, NJ.
This workshop will help in developing strategies for:
• Balancing work & family
• Managing work & home life
• Understanding the need for family time, couple time, & alone time
• Reconnecting & communicating with love & intention
The workshop will be facilitated by Daphne Berkovits, LMFT. Daphne is a licensed marriage and family therapist at JFS. She has extensive experience with couples, including training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), which can help couples form stronger emotional bonds.
