Important Conference Details:
- All participants will attend the keynote sessions and also choose from a variety of affinity groups and workshop sessions.
- Walk-ins will not be permitted. Advance online registration is required.

- Meals are kosher and will be provided by Shimtal Caterer. Chalav Yisrael options available.

Parking Information
Where do I park?
There are limited parking spaces in the Kushner lot on a first come, first serve basis. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. Overflow parking will be available on Peach Tree Hill Road.
What do I do if the Kushner lot is full?
There will be signage directing you to the overflow parking lot, and details about overflow parking will be shared closer to the conference date. Shuttles will be running to bring attendees to and from their vehicles in the overflow lot.
Who do I contact for accessible parking?
If you require accessible parking, please send a photo of your handicapped car tag to Quest Manager, Aliza Weinstock, at [email protected]. You will receive an accessible parking certificate to place in your car prior to the conference.
Will a nursing/pumping room be available?
There will be a nursing/pumping room in the front office. The conference map will show the exact location.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
There will be gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options available for breakfast, snacks, and lunch. When you register for the conference, you will pre-order your lunch meal. All food at the conference is kosher.
Will there be Shacharit and Mincha at the conference?
Yes. We will be offering both traditional and egalitarian options for Shacharit and Mincha. Please note which you plan to attend when you register for the conference.
Help! I’ve registered, but now I have changes.
What if I need to change my session after I registered?
Please speak to your school’s Quest Dean if you need to make a session change.
What if I need to change my food selection after I registered?
If you need to change your food selection prior to the conference, please email Quest Manager, Aliza Weinstock, at [email protected].
Will I receive the presentation slides from the workshops?
Your Quest Dean will receive presentation slides from the workshops. Please note that not all presenters are permitted to share their material.
What should I bring (or not bring) to the conference?
Should I bring my laptop?
Laptops are optional, and completely up to you. However, some session presenters are encouraging participants to bring lesson plans or unit outlines to workshop together. Please read your session description to see if this applies to you.
What is the bag policy for the conference?
Bags are allowed at the conference and are subject to search at the discretion of our security team.
