Community Resilience and Mental Health in Ofakim
In Ofakim, our partner community in Israel, 52 people lost their lives on October 7, leaving behind 40 orphans and many wounded. Taking the Leadership Leap will help fund a Mental Health Therapy Room at the Resilience Center now under construction. With this support, we can provide vital counseling services, wellness programs, and events that foster resilience, belonging, and hope for the Ofakim community.
Community Safety and Security Here at Home
With safety and security needs at an all time high, taking the Leadership Leap will help provide personnel to protect synagogues, early childhood centers, and partner agencies in the Greater MetroWest NJ community.
*Remaining funds will be directed to the Annual Unrestricted Campaign after project goals are met.
The 2025 UJA Annual Campaign runs from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Pledges to the 2025 UJA Annual Campaign are payable through December 31, 2025.

Tax Substantiation

IRA Transfer
If you have an IRA and are 70 ½ years or older, you can transfer up to $100,000 per year to UJA-Federation. Funds must be transferred directly by the IRA trustee and can count toward meeting minimum distribution requirements.
