Getting Delivery of Essential Items
We have temporarily set up a free delivery service for members of the Greater MetroWest community who are most at risk. Requests for medicine, food and bare necessities will be fulfilled to the best of our ability at this time. Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out the “I Need Help” form below.
  2. Delivery requests will be processed Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Any requests submitted after 5 p.m. on Thursday will be processed the following Monday morning. A Federation volunteer will contact you within 24 hours of your request being processed.
  3. You’ll get a phone call from a volunteer in your area who will be completing your delivery. You will discuss:
    • Exactly what you need and where you need it from.
    • The payment method of the items being picked up.
  4. You can choose to pay in one of three ways:
    • Call the store in advance to place the order and pay with your credit card over the phone, letting them know someone else will be picking it up on your behalf. This is the preferred method.
    • Provide your volunteer with cash before they complete the order.
    • Reimburse the volunteer after they pick up your items via cash, venmo, zelle, or pay pal as agreed upon with the volunteer.
  5. Your volunteer will leave the bag at your doorstep, ringing your bell so you know it’s arrived. Your receipt will be left in the delivery bag. If you are paying in cash upon delivery please have the cash in a marked envelope on your front porch.

Getting Basic Technology Help
Do you need basic technology assistance (using Facetime, Zoom, etc.) during this time of social distancing? We are here to help! Fill out the I Need Help form below or call our Federation Technology Help Hotline at (973) 929-3060 and leave a message clearly stating your name, phone number, and a brief description of how we can help. A Federation volunteer will contact you within 24 hours of your message being received.
