Getting Delivery of Essential Items
We have temporarily set up a free delivery service for members of the Greater MetroWest community who are most at risk. Requests for medicine, food and bare necessities will be fulfilled to the best of our ability at this time. Here’s how it works:
Getting Basic Technology Help
Do you need basic technology assistance (using Facetime, Zoom, etc.) during this time of social distancing? We are here to help! Fill out the I Need Help form below or call our Federation Technology Help Hotline at (973) 929-3060 and leave a message clearly stating your name, phone number, and a brief description of how we can help. A Federation volunteer will contact you within 24 hours of your message being received.
Messages will be processed Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Any requests submitted after 5 p.m. on Thursday will be processed the following Monday morning.
