As many of you know, our JCC was planning to host a “Fall in at the J” festival this Sunday, October 15 from 1-4 p.m. Given recent events in Israel, we will still be holding an event this Sunday afternoon, but it will look a bit different and will no longer be a fall festival but will instead be a day where we can come together as a community to support Israel and support each other. The Summit Interfaith Council hosts a vigil for lamenting the tragedy, standing for justice and praying for peace.

This is an interfaith gathering for the community at large with the participation of clergy from local houses of worship. Government officials and Benjamin Mann from Federation will speak. There will be police presence and security on site.
