Kosher Policy for Federation Missions:

  • Whenever possible, food served on Federation missions will have supervision from a recognized board and certification listed here or approved by Vaad Harabonim of MetroWest, NJ.
  • When it is difficult to arrange food with supervision from the above listed recognized boards and certifications, then food provided to the group will be only dairy and pareve (no meat or shellfish) and an alternative option of packaged food with kashrut supervision will be made available whenever possible.
