From Boomers to Gen Z: Strengthening Relationships and Raising Support

Date: Monday, March 31
Time: 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm (EDT)
Zoom

Each generation engages with organizations differently—what inspires Baby Boomers might not resonate with Millennials or Gen Z. This session will explore the motivations, communication preferences, and giving behaviors of different generations, equipping lay leaders with the tools to build meaningful relationships across age groups. Bonus: We’ll uncover the secrets to effectively fundraising from each generation!

Our Speaker:
Hannah Strasser Olson believes that the right tools can unlock huge potential for our Jewish communities. Born and raised in California, Hannah spent 10 years as an elementary school teacher before her career path switched when she became the Executive Director of the Jewish Community Foundation of the West and then the Director of Major and Planned Gifts at the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Getting back to her roots in education, Hannah led the fundraising and marketing teams at a Jewish day school before taking the role of Senior Vice President of Development for Prizmah: The Center for Jewish Day Schools. An international speaker and educator, Hannah founded Aleinu Consulting Services to build partnerships that help nonprofit organizations thrive.

We support and #StandWithIsrael as we continue to build a strong Jewish community here in NJ
