Creating a Community of Belonging ─ What Matters Most?
Join this important conversation about fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging in your synagogue community.
We know that culture change can be challenging. That’s why Federation supports our congregations in adjusting and shifting toward a culture of inclusion and programming with an inclusive eye.
In this session we will discuss ways to guide your community on this journey and how small changes can make a huge impact on families in your congregation. We’ll have an opportunity to share best practices, discuss who to include in the conversation, and strategize how to continue the vision beyond Jewish Disability Awareness & Inclusion Month.
