Passover reminds us of our journey from slavery to freedom, and one of its central themes is Zecher L’tziyat Mitzrayim—remembering the Exodus from Egypt. By packing Passover supplies for those in need, we ensure that every member of our community has the opportunity to participate in this sacred holiday and fulfill the mitzvot of the Seder. Just as our ancestors supported one another on their journey, we uphold this tradition by helping others celebrate Passover with dignity.
Help us pack kosher-for-Passover food with Met Council for community members and clients of Jewish Family Service of Central and MetroWest NJ, Bobrow Kosher Food Pantry, and Kosher Meals on Wheels. These packages will help ensure all members of our Greater MetroWest community can celebrate the Passover holiday with dignity and joy.
Help us achieve our goal of packing more than 400 bags! Option to help with package delivery available.
This event is open to volunteers of all ages.
