NextGen Women’s Mission to Paris

Did someone say Paris?! NextGen Women’s* #WillTravelForGood Mission takes flight October 23-28!
Cost: $4,200 per person, Land-only, based on double occupancy
$740 single occupancy supplement

Please note: You must be fully vaccinated, including booster, to participate in this Mission.
Highlights:
- Experience the local Jewish community in Paris
- Learn about its history and evolving narrative through private tours, encounters, and home hospitality
- Meet with communal leaders and organizations combatting antisemitism, including SPCJ and JDC OSE
- Explore the world of Parisian art, food, and fashion through cooking, and tour select galleries & a VIP fashion house
- Enjoy leisure time in the City of Love

*Minimum Gift: This mission welcomes women in their 30s and 40s who make a minimum gift of $1,000 to the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ 2023 UJA Annual Campaign.

DAY 1: SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23 — On Y Va! Let’s Go!
6:50 p.m. | Depart Newark Airport for Paris via UA flight #57 |

DAY 2: MONDAY, OCTOBER 24 — J’Arrive!
7:45 a.m. | Arrive at Charles de Gaulle Airport Meet, assist and transfer to city center |
9:30 a.m. | City Overview including photo op at the Eiffel Tower |
10:30 a.m. | Arrive at Hotel de Ville (City Hall) Tour and briefing by Patrick Klugman, Deputy Mayor of Paris (TBC) |
11:30 a.m. | Walking Tour of the Marais, the Jewish Quarter, including a meeting with a member of the Jewish community who grew up in Le Marais and was a ‘hidden child’ during WWII and a visit the Roman Byzantine style Tournelles Synagogue |
2:00 p.m. | Lunch at Loulou Restaurant |
3:30 p.m. | Depart for the Westin Hotel Check in and relax |
7:00 p.m. | Welcome dinner at Balagan, hip and trendy Israeli restaurant near Place Vendôme with amazing French women from different parts of the Jewish community. (4 guests) |

DAY 3: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25 — Fashion & Art

8:30 a.m. | Briefing in a private room at the hotel by Robert Enjes, Executive Director of CRIF, the umbrella organization for Jewish France |
9:45 a.m. | Depart hotel for Sarcelles and see firsthand the work of the Jewish Agency in the periphery |
11:00 a.m. | Arrive at the Grand Synagogue of Sarcelles Greetings by Rabbi Berros and overview by the Jewish Agency shaliach |
11:45 a.m. | Walk along Jerusalem Street with its many kosher eateries and pay tribute to the hypercachr terrorist victim |
12:15 p.m. | Lunch at Café Inoun with Tali Ochayon, Chief Executive Deputy of SPCJ (protection service for the French Jewish Community) |
1:30 p.m. | Continue to Otzr Hatorah Girls School, stopping at a memorial in memory of the Toulouse. Meet with Rabbi Isvy, the principal and dialogue with the students |
3:00 p.m. | Depart for Paris |
4:30 p.m. | Arrive at the hotel. Free time to get ready for dinner |
7:00 p.m. | Depart for home hospitality (TBC) |
