March of the Living Adult Mission

Date: Monday, April 21 - Monday, April 28
Time: All Day

The International March of the Living began in 1988, bringing together groups of teenagers from around that world to Auschwitz on Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, to march in remembrance of the Holocaust from Auschwitz to Birkenau. Over the years, more than 300,000 people from more than 50 countries have walked the same three-kilometer path, transforming the march of death into a true march of remembrance, renewal, and rebirth.

Join the delegation to Poland for an extraordinary weeklong journey with a local Holocaust survivor. Along with participating in the march, we will visit the survivor’s hometown to witness his story firsthand and become bearers of his memory.

Space is limited—details to follow!

Note: This trip for adults involves extensive walking; participants must be in good physical condition.

Registration opening soon — Interested in joining the delegation? Let us know here.

We support and #StandWithIsrael as we continue to build a strong Jewish community here in NJ

This mission welcomes residents of Greater MetroWest NJ who make a minimum gift of $1,800, individually or as a family, to the 2025 UJA Annual Campaign. Your annual gift supports Federation’s lifesaving work around the globe and at home in New Jersey.

Whenever possible, food served on Federation missions will have supervision from a recognized board and certification listed here or approved by Vaad Harabonim of MetroWest, NJ. When it is difficult to arrange food with supervision from these boards and certifications, then food provided to the group will be only dairy and pareve (no meat or shellfish) and an alternative option of packaged food with kashrut supervision will be made available whenever possible.
