JFS Parent Academy – Teens Under Pressure

The next Parent Academy, “Teens Under Pressure”, will be taking place at 6:30 pm on Monday, March 27, 2023, virtually via Zoom. This workshop will focus on the pressures teens face today: Perfectionism, Self-Esteem, Academic Achievements, and Peer Pressure. The goal is to empower parents with practical strategies to help their teens build resilience and utilize skills for independent, emotionally healthy development. The workshop will explore what parents can do to strengthen their relationships with their teens and support them through their teenage years.
