Enhancing Synagogue Financial Sustainability

Your congregation’s financial health affects its ability to survive and thrive. Join us for a conversation with Barry S. Mael, MSW*. He’s the Senior Director of Synagogue Affiliations & Operations at United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ). He works with USCJ-affiliated synagogues in the areas of alternative dues models, operations, budgeting, financial sustainability, and resource development.

In this skills-based class, we will examine best practices to ensure the financial future of your synagogue in both the short- and long-term. We will discuss strategies and best practices for successful synagogue budget planning.
