Employing people with disabilities makes good business sense!

Join Greater MetroWest ABLE, Federation’s Business and Professionals Network and other industry leaders to learn how you can help create inclusive work environments.

Community employers, self-advocates, and professionals from Jewish Federation partners JESPY and JVS will share their experiences in hiring, coaching, and working side by side with an inclusive workforce, discuss the benefits, and share available resources.

Meaningful employment opportunities can be available to all who want to work. Being employed provides people with a sense of pride, social connections, financial literacy and builds independence
