Family Hanukkah Party and NextGen Volunteers

Date: Sunday, December 11
Time: 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm (EST)
JCC MetroWest in West Orange

Celebrate Hanukkah with other Greater MetroWest young families!

We’ve planned quite the party full of activities such as make your own hanukiah (menorah) and decorating dreidels and holiday music with Israeli song leader and the cantorial soloist at Westfield’s Temple Emanuel, Shimon Smith.

Those interested can participate in our NextGen Volunteers hands-on service project packing winter preparedness kits for community members in need. And take a break in the Chill Zone, a sensory-friendly space!

Bring your Hanukkah spirit, and we’ll supply the gelt and sufganiyot (donuts!).

Best for children ages 3 – 8; service project best for children ages 5 – 11

$18 per family* (includes all crafts and treats)

Registration is now closed. Walk-ins accepted. Questions? Contact Frankie Stern fstern@jfedgmw.org.

Please Note: Attendees of in-person events and programs must be fully vaccinated. Masks are optional. If you are not feeling well, please refrain from attending. Children under the age of 5 are not required to be vaccinated.
