Bob Max: The Long March Home

Kristallnacht & Veterans Day Commemoration
With Introduction by the Gottesman Family
Shortly before his passing in August 2020, our own Bob Max z”l, an American hero and survivor of the Nazi slave labor camps in World War II, recorded his harrowing story for a documentary produced by the nonprofit Backpacks for Life. This organization provides unique and personalized support to homeless and at-risk veterans struggling to reintegrate into civilian life.
