Expressing Gratitude for 27 Years of Service

After 27 years with our Jewish Federation, Amir Shacham is retiring at the end of October. He is excited for the next stage of his life and the wonderful future of being a Saba, traveling, and spending more time with family and friends.

To help Amir celebrate this milestone, we’re providing multiple opportunities to honor him in a meaningful way. Please join us by:

• Toasting him at the Farewell to Amir celebration on Tuesday, September 13 at the Aidekman Jewish Community Campus in Whippany. Join us for a light dinner and wine from 5-6 p.m., followed by a tribute program from 6-7:15 p.m. Couvert: $50 per person. Register by Tuesday, September 6 at noon.
• Sharing your sentiments in the digital Memory Book which will be shown at the farewell party and printed as a keepsake for Amir. Contributions can include written notes, short videos, or photos, but please submit no later than Wednesday, August 31 to ensure your contribution is included.
• Making a donation to the Amir Shacham Living Bridge Endowment Fund to support Global Connections’ Living Bridge programs and ensure Amir’s legacy of fostering connections between our Greater MetroWest Jewish community and Israelis lives on.
