Join leaders from Federation’s Community Relations Committee (CRC) and learn how to make an impact with two days of lobbying in our nation’s capital.

Overview of the D.C. Mission

  • Meet with elected officials
  • Be briefed on domestic issues, national security, Israel and the priorities of the Jewish Federation.
  • Tour Washington at night. Visit the Library of Congress Judaica section and other sites not normally visited by tourists.

Logistics

The mission will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 26 and end at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27.

Cost

The $399 cost of the mission includes local transportation (in Washington), lunch and dinner on February 26, breakfast and lunch on February 27, and access to all tourist sites and meetings. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Washington and the cost of the lodging. Rooms have been reserved for mission participants at The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center. Cost is $249/night.
