to Washington, D.C.

Are you concerned with the state of politics in our country?

Do you want your voice heard on the issues our community cares about?

Join leaders from Federation’s Community Relations Committee (CRC) and four other NJ Jewish Federations on a statewide lobbying mission to our nation's capital.

Overview of the D.C. Mission

  • Meet with elected officials
  • Be briefed on domestic issues, national security, Israel and the priorities of the Jewish Federation.
  • Tour Washington at night. Visit the Library of Congress Judaica section and other sites not normally visited by tourists.
  • Meet with Washington insiders and leading journalists

The mission will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 15 and end at 3 p.m. on Thursday, January 16.


The $399 cost of the mission includes local transportation (in Washington), lunch and dinner on January 15, breakfast and lunch on January 16, and access to all tourist sites and meetings. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Washington and the cost of the lodging. Rooms have been reserved for mission participants at The Madison. Cost is $209/night (plus tax).
