CommUNITY Mitzvah Day

Sunday, March 19 — A community-wide day of service

CommUNITY Mitzvah Day is an opportunity to put Jewish values of tikkun olam (repairing the world) and tzedakah (charitable giving) into action, making a real impact on the lives of others.

mitzvah is a good deed or an act of kindness and doing mitzvot is an integral part of Jewish life.

Join your community for a day of hands-on service experiences to address real needs throughout Greater MetroWest! Activities for volunteers of all ages – both in-person and at-home – are available. Which mitzvah will YOU find meaningful?!

Browse the list below and register for one or multiple programs. You can register for separate activities for all members of your family. You will receive an email with details prior to each program (all coming from mitzvah@jfedgmw.org).

Space is limited for most in-person projects – REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR ALL PROJECTS!

Questions? Please contact mitzvah@jfedgmw.org.
