CommUNITY Mitzvah Day

Sunday, March 19 — A community-wide day of service

CommUNITY Mitzvah Day is an opportunity to put Jewish values of tikkun olam (repairing the world) and tzedakah (charitable giving) into action, making a real impact on the lives of others.

mitzvah is a good deed or an act of kindness and doing mitzvot is an integral part of Jewish life.

Join your community for a day of hands-on service experiences to address real needs throughout Greater MetroWest! Activities for volunteers of all ages – both in-person and at-home – are available. Which mitzvah will YOU find meaningful?!

Online registration for our in-person events is now closed.

There’s still time to participate in our at-home packing project Sun’s Out – Phones Away and walk-ins are welcome at all CommUNITY Mitzvah Day projects (see below). Donations are also graciously accepted anytime!
