Desert Wolves is a transformative leadership and empowerment program for young women in their sophomore or junior year of high school. Run in partnership with Federation’s Greater MetroWest partner communities in Israel, this unique experience fosters cross-cultural connections, leadership development, and personal growth.
The program is limited to 15 participants from New Jersey and culminates in a weeklong trip to Israel, where participants will travel alongside their Israeli peers in the breathtaking Negev desert.

Program Cost: $550* (includes airfare and all land costs in Israel)

Participants will take part in:
- Six in-person sessions in New Jersey, running parallel to sessions in Israel for the Israeli participants.
- A weeklong trip to Israel, where both groups will meet and travel together, building meaningful connections while exploring the Negev desert.
Location: Sessions will take place in New Jersey, with the culminating trip to Israel.
