Below are important details about participating with Federation in the Celebrate Israel Parade:
- Federation has registered for the parade as a “Federation Cluster Group”- this mean that any synagogue group of 30 or fewer marchers can join us for the lower registration price of $360. Federation is pleased to offer a subsidy of half of the registration cost to any synagogues that choose to march with us.
- We need for you to register below with Federation in order to march with us. Groups of more than 30 will also need to register as an “Individual Synagogue / Temple” directly with the parade organizers. You can register your synagogue group here: https://jcrcny.wufoo.com/forms/z1dqk6c40w0j9rl/ In the field “Names of Affiliated Groups/Schools/Cluster Groups (if applicable):” please write “Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ”. If you registered already, please email Karen Ostrove (ostrovek@jcrcny.org) to let her know you will join the GMW Federation cluster.
- Federation will provide t-shirts to all marchers from the GMW community, so that we all have a common look to our group. To order your t-shirts, which will be shipped to your synagogue in advance of the parade, please click the link provided in your confirmation email upon registering your organization. T-shirt orders are due no later than May 1.
- Each group should arrange its own transportation to and from the parade. Let us know your transportation plans and needs, and we will help match groups that are nearby and make arrangements across the community.
To join us (and receive the registration fee subsidy and t-shirts), once you have registered for the parade, submit the form below by Friday, March 17, 2023.
