For Rosh Hashanah, we hold a family service the first night led by our ceremonial leader.  We also have, the following morning, a service for teens and adults led by our ceremonial leader and a separate children's service led by another congregation member.

At Yom Kippur, we have a Kol Nidre service and a memorial service the next morning.  Both are led by our ceremonial leader.
