Job Description

Congregation Beth Hatikvah, a warm and inclusive Reconstructionist Jewish community located in Summit, New Jersey is seeking dedicated and collaborative educators to inspire and educate students in grades K-7, on Saturday mornings from 9-11:30 a.m.

Compensation is $50 per hour for a total of 3 hours each week (8:45-11:45 a.m..) This includes preparation time, teaching, a brief family Shabbat service, and cleanup.

Skills Required

Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for Jewish education, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment.

Required Qualifications

Ability to teach Jewish content and values. Hebrew is not required but is a plus.
