Your Role:
You’ll assist the classroom teacher with essential functions such as:

• Differentiated instruction tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Small-group and individual support to enhance understanding.
• Classroom enrichment activities to inspire curiosity.
• Effective classroom management to maintain a productive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates with:

• Fluency in Hebrew (required).
• Familiarity with school curriculum and Day School education.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children.
• Proficiency with computers and technology.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to take direction.
• Enthusiasm, warmth, creativity, and a caring approach to education.

• Location: In-person role in New Jersey.
• Schedule: Full-time, with working hours specified by your supervisor.
• Physical Demands: Minimal physical tasks, including some filing and organizing.

Requirements:

• Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in education or a related role.
