Please join us at Temple B'nai Abraham for a meaningful and musical S’lichot Service on September 21, 2019, beginning at 9:00 PM. S’lichot is the moment when we can begin to turn our thoughts towards the Days of Awe and a very moving way to enter into a more reflective state of mind as we approach Rosh Hashanah. The temple is located at 300 East Northfield Road, Livingston, entrance on East Cedar Street.
There will be a light reception from 9:00-9:30 PM followed by a musical presentation by the clergy, accompanied by Sandor Szabo, featuring pieces dealing with the themes of forgiveness, repentance, and return. Our traditional service in the Ross Sanctuary, accompanied by organ, will take place at approximately 10:15 PM and conclude with the blowing of the shofar at the open ark.
Free and open to the community. For information, go to www.tbanj.org or call 973.994.2290.
