Israel and Water
The Israel Support Comnmittee of Central New Jersey invites you to discover how Israel transformed itself from a country lacking water to a water super power with technology, it has shared with other countries.
Our speaker, Michelle Levy Baruch, has been involved in research projects on water resource management for 25 years. She has worked with the Israel Ministry of the Environment, the Water Resources Institute of the Technion, Haifa University and the JNF. Michelle leads tours for international delegations of Israel water technology and infrastructure sites.
Ms. Baruch will be speaking Tuesday evening August 7th at 7:30 PM at the JCC of Central NJ, 1391 Martine Ave in Scotch Plains. It is open to the public. Light refreshments will be available. A $10 donation is suggested.
