On November 2, the women of the Jewish Women’s Foundation of New Jersey, a donor-advised fund of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater MetroWest NJ, will mark their first decade of grantmaking, advocacy, and service on behalf of our community’s women and girls with a 10th Anniversary Celebration at 7 p.m. in Short Hills, NJ.
Join JWF members, their families, and friends as we mark this exciting milestone by honoring our collective work and the dynamic women who have served as our past and current JWF chairs: Amy Schechner, Natalie Peck, Laurie Levy, Jean Mandell, Carol Marcus, Teddi Dolph, Lesley Frost, Meredith Stoma, Roberta Elliott, Julie Sobel Kaplan, Lyn Rosensweig, and Penina Barr. The event, chaired by Nancy Eskow and Julie Sobel Kaplan, will feature plentiful hors d’oeuvres and libations, a scintillating jazz performance by JWF grantee Jazz House’s Chica Power Girls, and a guest speaker from Volunteer Lawyers for Justice’s JWF funded Human Trafficking Prevention Program.
The cost is $50 per person. For more information or to obtain an event invitation contact JWF co-chair Penina Barr at email@example.com.
