Young Leadership Division

The Young Leadership Division of Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ is the group for all community members ages 22-45. We help to serve our community through giving societies, affinity groups, and more!

Let's Meet!

Young Leadership Divison thrives because of you and your ideas! Email YLD Manager Aliza Willner to arrange a coffee chat in your area. She is looking to learn about each corner of the large Jewish community’s needs and depends on local experts like you.

Giving Societies

The Jewish traditions of tzedakah (charity), Klal Yisrael (Jewish peoplehood) and tikkun olam (repairing the world) are the principles guiding our work. Gifts at every level are significant; we understand that early in your career it may be more challenging. Your support of the Chai Society or Ben-Gurion Society provides you with exclusive opportunities to network with major donors locally and nationally.

Arthur Borinsky Young Leadership Development Program

An annual program designed to provide Jewish adults the tools and experiences needed to become successful leaders of the Jewish community. The program provides participants an overview of the resources and opportunities offered in the Greater MetroWest Jewish community. We offer morning and evening sessions. more
